On May 11–13, 2026, Dragons Move Co., Ltd. held the “School Management Application Workshop” at the Saran Meeting Room, The Grand Chaiyapruek Hotel, Chiang Mai.
The training was organized for the teachers and staff of Ban Waley School, with two main objectives:
- Share knowledge on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for practical application in teaching and school administration
- Present the School Management Application currently under development and gather feedback from real users to refine the system so it best fits schools’ needs
Before the workshop, participants learned the concepts behind Workflow Design in order to analyze the real day-to-day processes of each department within the school. The Dragons Move team then presented an overview of the School Management Application, including UI mockups for each module, so teachers and staff could try it out, share feedback, and suggest further requirements for the system’s future development.
The event also included a hands-on training session titled “AI Tools Masterclass for the Modern Teacher,” designed to help participants put AI tools to practical use in their work. The training covered popular AI tools currently in wide use, including NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI.
AI and the Future of Thai Education
This training makes clear that AI isn’t replacing the teacher’s role — it’s a tool that reduces repetitive work, improves data management efficiency, and gives teachers more time to focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning.
At the same time, building a school management system that starts by listening to real users is a key approach to making sure the technology genuinely meets real-world needs.
